Refund Policy

DPAFlow is a digital SaaS subscription product. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period. Your subscription is simply not renewed for the next period.

Because DPAFlow is delivered digitally and access is provided immediately after checkout or trial activation, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a duplicate charge, or could not access the product after payment, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge. We review refund requests case by case.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
