Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the DPAFlow website and vendor and subprocessor monitoring application, written plainly for the teams that use it.
Last updated: June 24, 2026
01Service use
These Terms govern your use of the DPAFlow website and application for vendor and subprocessor change monitoring. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
DPAFlow helps you monitor sources, capture dated evidence, and review changes. It supports your compliance work but does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance.
02Accounts
To use DPAFlow you create a workspace and account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information and keeping it current.
- Safeguarding your credentials and the actions taken under your account.
- Managing role-based access for the teammates you invite.
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Monitor sources in a way that violates applicable terms or laws governing those sources.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process.
04Billing
Paid plans are billed in EUR, excluding VAT, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Plans are month-to-month unless agreed otherwise, and you can change plans as your needs change.
A 7-day trial is available with no credit card required to begin. Billing terms, renewal behavior, taxes, and cancellation details are presented at checkout and in the customer billing portal where applicable.
05Data and evidence
Evidence records and the data you put into DPAFlow are your customer-controlled data. We process them on your behalf as described in our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.
You can export your evidence as audit-ready packets. A content hash on each record provides an integrity check; it is not a tamper-proof or immutable guarantee.
06Limitations
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. DPAFlow surfaces evidence and organizes workflows; it does not make legal or compliance decisions for you, and monitoring depends on the availability of the sources you choose to watch.
Limitations and exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
07Termination
You may stop using DPAFlow and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination you can export your evidence, after which your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
